AI in HR: Benefits, types, and 7 use cases worth running

I spent the first stretch of my career in learning and development, which mostly involved building training programs, writing curriculum, and trying to get people to finish a course they signed up for in a moment of optimism. These days I’m Zapier’s AI Innovation Lead for People.
