Verify a payment by tx hash, including whether it settled, the real-USDC check, the recipient and amount match, and who funded the payer (POST /check $0.01; /check/deep $0.05 for wider funding history). Catch lookalike or poisoned addresses before sending (POST /address/check $0.001; /address/check/full $0.005).
