Not able to back events further than 5 days

The Wyze help pages say the Events tab is for cloud clips, which go back 14 days with Cam Plus, while microSD footage is only reached from the camera’s live stream. On a v4 that means tapping SD Card below the live stream and dragging the timeline, so you would have to check each camera that way to see what it kept. If the Events tab still stops at 5 days after you have checked everything, a support ticket is probably the quickest route, since they can look at the cloud side of your account.
