Magnetic mounting solution for Wyze Solar Cam Pan on steel barn?

The threaded holes on the bottom (normally for the solar panel) are probably your best bet. You can get thread adapters on amazon to reduce your 1/4” to whatever those are. Only other idea that comes to mind is to remove the grey mount and epoxy a 1/4” nut (may have to stack a couple) on the back of the cam.
