Wyze Doorbell v2 chime controller not working

I have chime issues as well I have a 3 wire coming into chime box red was common white being low volt and black being front according to the old chime now I have a new chime with 2 terminals front and trans . Ive tried every combo of wiring diagrams and no luck . setting of chime on mechanical , new 24 transformer , went back to 16 volt setting as it has three terminals on it and you can have 24,16 or 8 .
