Viewing Wyze Cameras on the PC

For anybody using MEmu Play on a Windows 11 PC, how do you get it to be on the same network as the Wyze camera, to be able to view it on the LAN, rather than over the Internet? The forums here have discussed the “same LAN” topic, with some relevant router settings, but not how to do it with MEmu Play, which has a strange network setup, that doesn’t let me add the network the camera is on to it.
