Denice leads our enterprise people strategy, strengthens our culture and talent development, elevates talent acquisition and retention, builds organizational capability for growth, and drives accountability for our most critical People & Culture priorities. Denice brings three decades of experience as a Fortune 50 Human Resources executive within some of the world’s most complex industrial businesses. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for the Power segment of GE Vernova, where she led a 300-person HR organization supporting approximately 40,000 employees globally. Over the course of her GE career spanning Energy, Aviation, Oil & Gas, and Corporate, she’s helped drive transformation by shaping talent strategy, strengthening leadership pipelines, and making sure the workforce is positioned for what’s next.
