Floating Point Metrics Rounded to 2 Decimal Places

New Starting Dec 4, 2024 VergeSense will begin rounding the average_person_count and average_person_count_when_used metrics to 2 decimals places throughout our relevant API endpoints and CSV exports. Currently, these fields use 16 decimal places. Given the nature of the information and the use cases for these fields, using 2 decimal places will improve the usability of these fields without sacrificing meaningful quality of the metrics.
