85% of IT teams claim every AI agent is under control. Only 42% actually know who owns them

New research reveals a governance gap: while 85% of IT professionals claim named owners exist for all AI agents, only 42% say that ownership is actually clear. The survey of 3,900 employees across six countries also found that leaders hide AI usage at twice the rate of other employees.
