First Day, Same Vanderbilt: A Welcome Week for the History Books

Vanderbilt’s Welcome Week was celebrated on two campuses this year: Nashville and the newly opened Vanderbilt University–New York City. It was a moment that marked the first step in a vision to broaden Vanderbilt’s reach beyond its Nashville roots with a bold plan: to become a single university spanning multiple major cities, where each campus brings its own strengths and connections into a single, connected network.
