[Resolved] External email send from Alumni tenant are currently rate limited

There has been a licensing change by Microsoft that is affecting the rate limit of external emails sent from the alumni m365 tenant. User may receive messages about not being able to send because of the tenant rate limit. We are currently working with Microsoft on the issue.
