[Scheduled] Hightouch SaaS solution service enablement

Scheduled for 2026-08-06 10:00:00 - 2026-08-06 12:00:00 This change will enable the Hightouch SaaS solution to support audience segmentation and activation capabilities for Marketing and Communications. Hightouch will replace functionality currently enabled through Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advertising Studio and will utilise data from UQs Central Data Platform (Databricks environments). This implementation includes: Production activation of the Hightouch SaaS service.
