[Scheduled] Emergency Maintenance - MySQL RDS Upgrade for UQ Extend Learning Management System

Scheduled for 2026-07-10 22:30:00 - 2026-07-11 00:00:00 UQ Extends MySQL Amazon RDS instance needs to be updated from current version 8.0 to version 8.4, due to version 8.0 reaching end of support in AWS from July 31, 2026. This critical maintenance will necessitate approximately 90 minutes of downtime from 10.30pm on Friday, July 10, 2026. The system maintenance is being conducted at this time so that it can be safely completed before the start of Semester 2.
