Upstox API Access Blocked — Cloudflare Error 1010

I am developing a read-only market data scanner using the Upstox API, hosted on Google Cloud. While accessing the Upstox Market Quote API, I consistently receive HTTP 403 Forbidden. Error details: HTTP Status: 403 Error Code: 1010 Error Name: browser_signature_banned Error Category: access_denied Cloudflare Error: True Retryable: False Owner Action Required: True Message: Your user-agent has been banned by the site owner.
