Thank you, but I have already reviewed the Sandbox API Guide. My issue is that the documented V3 endpoint returns HTTP 400 with an empty body, while the older sandbox hostname does not resolve. Please specifically confirm: The currently operational Place Order V3 sandbox endpoint.
