UOW hosts global experts to tackle forced displacement as an international crime

The University of Wollongong’s Future of Rights Centre hosted international human rights experts for a workshop examining how forced displacement can be prosecuted as an international crime. Forced displacement involves the involuntary removal of people from their homes through conflict, violence, persecution or coercive actions, and more than 110 million people worldwide are currently displaced.
