Paul Casciato A Cambridge finale to London Climate Action Week, the Showcase offers headline talks from senior speakers at all six University Schools on what is expected to be the hottest day of the year. There will be three-minute lightning talks, stands and posters describing research that spans the globe and covers a wide range of topics from global food security and the energy transition, to climate repair and the conservation efforts for bees. Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Research Professor Sir John Aston says the Showcase is important because it highlights the importance of research and collaboration which cuts across disciplines and borders.
