No access to my ECOHELP tickets after app submission (ECOHELP-165970, ECOHELP-165965) — reset link returns 404

Hi, I submitted my Forge app FlowDeck (vendor Altimeter Apps, vendor id 600121065) for Marketplace approval on 2026-09-16. The Marketplace Team email says ECOHELP-165970 tracks the review and that an account was created for me, with a “Reset your password here” link. Problems: The reset link opens ecosystem.atlassian.net/login/forgot?username=hub%40atlassian.com and returns 404.
