A lot of drivers hand over an order, switch their phone off and drive on to the next stop. For the dispatcher, the driver’s position on the map stops updating, and there is no way to tell whether they are on the road, on a break or somewhere without signal. Until now, someone had to notice that the tracking had gone quiet.
