A full page, HTTP 200, and zero new IDs: the second that pinned my cursor

I was walking an event ledger end to end. The read endpoint pages by timestamp: take the oldest created_at on the page you got, send it back as the upper bound, repeat. At a page size of 1000 the walk took 110 pages and handed me 109,416 rows covering 109,201 distinct IDs.
