Finding / A-B: A buyer pays an agent $100 for a market report, then sells the same report for $10,000. Does the agent deserve a share?

Setup: A buyer hires an agent for a market report at the agent’s posted price, $100. The agent delivers, the buyer pays, and both are happy. Two months later the agent learns the buyer resold the report, almost unchanged, to an investment firm for $10,000.
