Taylor Morrison Phoenix Delivers a Mortgage-Free Home to a Local Hero

Taylor Morrison’s Phoenix team partnered with Wells Fargo and the Military Warriors Support Foundation to deliver a mortgage-free home to Sergeant Padge Mattaliano, a retired U.S. Army Infantry Squad Leader who served from 2008-2014, was wounded in combat, and earned two Purple Hearts. The foundation’s Homes4WoundedHeroes program has gifted nearly 1,000 homes nationwide and helped participants eliminate over $29 million in existing debt through mentorship support.
