Private DeFi Is Coming to Starknet

Starknet introduces STRK20, a privacy framework enabling shielded balances and private transactions within existing DeFi applications. Rather than requiring users to abandon their standard wallets, the system integrates privacy directly into familiar interfaces like Ready X and Xverse, allowing private swaps through liquidity venues such as avnu and Ekubo, lending via Vesu, and staking through Endur. The framework connects privacy to the existing DeFi market structure Starknet already has, allowing users to access yield and trade privately without moving to isolated, private-only markets.
