Why a Good-Looking Website Still Doesn’t Convert

I love looking at beautifully designed apartments online. The kinds with intricate chairs no one sits in, one perfectly placed book on a coffee table, and a kitchen counter so pristine you start to wonder if the person who lives there has ever made toast. They’re beautiful, but every so often I look at one and think: where do I fit here?
