Flexi-Hex is a patented paper honeycomb sleeve created by surfing entrepreneurs as a plastic-free protective packaging alternative, available in an original recycled version and a lightweight Air variant. Roughly 5 million tonnes of plastic packaging are used annually in the UK, with paper recycling rates over 80% versus under 10% for plastic; Flexi-Hex is fully recyclable within six weeks, packs 12,000 units in the space of six bubble wrap rolls, and is used by brands including Harrods, Diageo, and Moonpig.
