README mayhem

(sorry if this is duplicate, but it didn’t appear on first try) Just a few days using sourceforge for a new project, i’ve noticed (and been moderately annoyed by) the fact that i need to maintain two different README.md files, one of which doesn’t update the other. This could be optional, but maybe sync the project’s main REAME.* from the ones in the code repo’s root directory?
