ERROR: Request to API failed, please try again

Hi I’m trying to create a project on SourceForge but the phone verification step keeps failing with “Request to API failed, please try again” after entering my number. If you can’t include the description and other details, then just create a project called “pulsar-linux” or “pulsar-iso” or even “pulsar” — proof is included btw i need the project to be created please i need this i keep retrying and same error Thank you!
