Agentgateway Joins AAIF as an Open Gateway for Agentic AI Infrastructure

Agentgateway has been accepted as the fourth hosted project under the Agentic AI Foundation (AAIF), operating under Linux Foundation governance, providing unified infrastructure for managing MCP traffic, agent-to-agent communication, LLM inference, and traditional APIs. With over 300 active contributors across 60+ organizations, the project addresses governance, observability, routing, and security challenges that arise when agentic systems move into production environments.
