Looking for Advice on Syncing Digital Membership Data Across Multiple Enterprise Systems

Hi everyone, I’m currently planning an integration project involving a digital membership platform, and I’d appreciate some advice from those who have worked on similar enterprise integrations. The platform manages digital membership card, member profiles, renewals, and membership status, while our CRM and other internal systems also store member information. The biggest challenge is keeping everything synchronized without creating duplicate records or unnecessary API calls when updates happen from different sources.
