Our in-house Sigma Assistance now uses code-first architecture for more reliable and efficient builds, and Sigma agents now capture the chat history so that users can easily return to previous conversations. Those agents are also now available from an API endpoint, meaning the same workflows that the Agents execute today can be looped into processes across your business, allowing for simple execution of those apps.
