Create and delete dev stores in Shopify CLI

Shopify CLI 4.8 adds shopify store commands that let you create and manage dev stores from your terminal or coding agent. These commands are available after you update to Shopify CLI 4.8. What changed You can now use the following commands to manage dev stores in your Dev Dashboard organization: shopify store create dev creates dev stores in your organization for building and testing apps, themes, and Shopify features.
