Exporting ServiceNow Records to Microsoft Word Using a UI Action

In my previous blog, I showed how to generate PDF documents from ServiceNow records. In this follow-up, we’ll build a UI Action that generates and attaches Microsoft Word (.doc) documents. We’ll start with a simple example, enhance it with formatting, implement a real Incident use case, and finally include related list data using ServiceNow best practices.
