Career transition into SAP SuccessFactors EC from HR Ops/HRIS (non-SAP): how to get first experience

I have 12+ years of experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management and a non-SAP HRMS implementation. I recently completed the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core and Position Management) certification and want to move into an SAP SuccessFactors role. Most openings ask for relevant SAP project experience, which I don’t have yet.
