Observing an issue with parallel multicast in SAP Integration Suite

Dear Experts, I have a very simple scenario of receiving a XML message from sender via HTTPs and using Parallel multicast, I intend to send the data to almost 12 different downstream systems. Each multicast path is then having router validation (XPATH). The sample Data that I trigger should go to 10 systems (based on condition validation).
