Need Help with Create Warehouse PI document by storage bin in RAP / ABAP Cloud

Hi SAP Community, I am working in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition using ABAP Cloud / RAP. I have a requirement to create Warehouse Management / EWM Physical Inventory documents programmatically from custom RAP logic. The business requirement is to create a Physical Inventory document with storage bin as the selection/grouping criteria.
