Initiative does not appear on project builder screen despite being assigned in related items page

Hello Experts, we are facing an issue in SAP PPM after recent upgrade scenario when an initiative is assigned to or removed from an item through the related item page, the initiative ID and description are not updated immediately in the project builder screen. Observed behavior: Initiative assignment/removal is performed successfully. Initiative description is correctly displayed in the overview tab of the item.
