Bringing Salad’s Payment Rails On-Chain: Our Milestone 3 Architecture

Milestones 1 and 2 of RNP-023 are live. Milestone 3 moves Salad’s payment rails onto the Render Network’s burn-mint-equilibrium model — with x402 batch settlement, a new settlement engine, and every burn, fee, and reward visible on-chain. Here’s the design, published for community review.
