Tata Motors Unit Raises Voluntary Tender Offer For Iveco Group To €14.40 Per Share

Tata Motors’ indirect wholly owned subsidiary TML CV Holdings B.V. has increased its cash tender offer price for Iveco Group N.V. to €14.40 per share from €14.10 per share including dividends, strengthening its bid to acquire full ownership of the European commercial vehicle manufacturer.
