U.S. Home Prices Rose 0.3% From a Month Earlier in June

Home prices rose 0.3% in June, tied with May for the fastest growth since the start of 2026. Prices rose 3% on a year-over-year basis–the fastest growth rate in 10 months. Prices rose in 30 major metros month over month, with the biggest increases in Columbus (1.2%), Miami (1.1%) and Cincinnati (1%).
