Sovereign Tech Fund Project: Milestone 1

The R Project has been working on a series of work packages to improve the long-term stability of the R ecosystem with support from the Sovereign Tech Agency, presented as a tribute to the late Tomas Kalibera. This post marks the completion of Milestone 1 in the funded work, representing meaningful progress toward a more robust and sustainable R infrastructure.
