Neutral-atom quantum computers are emerging as one of the most promising paths toward fault-tolerant quantum computing, with this qubit modality having scaled to thousands of qubits. The post discusses how classical CPU and GPU acceleration can be integrated into the readout pipeline for neutral-atom systems to reduce measurement latency and improve throughput. Quantum Machines demonstrates how its OPX platform enables classically accelerated readout workflows that improve the overall performance of neutral-atom quantum experiments.
