Moving from AI Code Review to the Outer SDLC Loop

I began building durable agent-work controls before loop and graph engineering became pervasive terms. The architecture points to a larger conclusion: code review is an essential verification layer, but governed software delivery requires an outer SDLC control plane. AI code review was the first boundary I could see very clearly.
