FAQ - Changing Transport Service on a Saved Order

Transport Service cannot be edited after saving; it’s locked to prevent data conflicts. To fix, recreate via Create Similar Order, switch transport service, save, then cancel the original (only if not invoiced). If invoiced, contact admin for options.
