I was talking with a young Sales Development Representative (SDR) at a startup this week about companies I have knowledge about. I love the eagerness of sales, but I very much enjoy the enthusiasm of youthful sales. They are very useful when it comes to trying to map, understand, and penetrate the sprawling surface area of enterprise customers.
