Ping Identity and the Two Roads to a Programmatic Client

I keep coming back to the same frustration, and I am going to keep writing about it until it stops being true. Onboarding to an API does not scale. Every vendor on earth is telling me they are all in on AI, that agents are the future, that machine-to-machine is the whole point now, and then they hand me a signup wizard with a human in the middle of it.
