Sep 30 , 16:54 UTC Resolved - At approximately 15:50 UTC on September 30, it was reported that customers across all deployment regions were unable to edit workflows in the Embedded Workflow Builder. A fix was deployed, and service was fully restored across all regions at approximately 16:23 UTC. This incident has been resolved.
