Degraded Performance for Execution Pipeline in US-EAST-2 Region

Feb 8 , 21:57 UTC Resolved - At approximately 2:57PM MST the Prismatic team detected that a small percentage of executions were failing. Upon further investigation it appears that a small number of instances were using an outsized number of system resources. We addressed the issue quickly and the issue resolved at approximately 3:04PM MST.
