[BUG] Android TV Update - Direct Play 20-30s Buffering on Seek (ExoPlayer timeout on low power NAS)

Server Version#: 1.43.0.10492 Player Version#: 2026.19.1 (971050476) Platform Version#: 11 Hardware: Nvidia Shield TV (Player) + WD My Cloud Home (Server) Description of Issue: Since the recent Android TV UI update (installed October 8th, 2026), skipping forward or backward during a Direct Play video causes a massive 20 to 30-second buffering delay. The player completely hangs on the buffer before eventually recovering and playing. Crucial Troubleshooting & Isolation Test: Network: Shield is hardwired via Ethernet (1000mbps).
