Serious Playback Issue With New Apple TV App – Videos Frequently Won't Resume After Pausing

I’ve been under the weather for the past couple of days, so today I spent a good 6–8 hours watching TV through Plex. This gave me plenty of time to experience the new app and its issues firsthand. The new app has several missing features and other problems that need to be addressed but, this particular issue is pretty serious in my opinion.
