Synology NAS - unable to access Plex Media library gone, no changes made

Hi again, perhaps as you suspected I might, I’m having trouble again. Plex has been working fine at my home but when we try to use away from home, my media is unavailable and the Plex app says that my server is unavailable, message about “unable to connect securely”. I changed the DNS to 8.8.8.8 as recommended but still no luck.
